Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud & AI to define and drive the enterprise architecture for Adobe ecosystems. Responsible for AEM, AEP, and the broader CX Cloud to connect content, data, analytics, and activation across channels.
The role reports to the Associate Director, Business Applications and collaborates with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pharma, biotechnology, or healthcare IT.
- At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in Adobe CX Platform areas (AEM, AEP, analytics, AI features).
Responsibilities
- Analyses and fulfils business needs; influence decision-making and strategy.
- Partner with EA and business leaders to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Serve as advisor to stakeholders, guiding alignment with business goals.
- Primary technical authority for Adobe CX Platform (AEM & AEP).
- Define end-to-end architecture, data flows, and activation channels.
- Manage IT vendors and ensure mature products/services.
- Apply risk management practices to recommended solutions.
- Build relationships and influence key stakeholders; communicate rationales.
