Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Application Architect to lead the team delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that drive digital transformation. You will design, implement, and optimize AEM components, workflows and integrations, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires extensive AEM expertise, strong Java skills and experience with enterprise integrations. A broad benefits package and performance-based bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 8 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in AEM development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows and OSGi framework.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE and related web technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of AEM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
• Develop and maintain AEM design docs, diagrams and integration specs.
• Mentor junior AEM developers and guide testing and data preparation.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and best practices.
• Monitor AEM solutions for SOP, security and compliance.
