Job summary
Novo Nordisk seeks a Senior Application Architect to lead the team delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that drive digital transformation. You will design scalable architectures, mentor developers, and ensure robust integration with other enterprise systems while guiding best practices and security.
Travel 10-20% is expected as part of cross-functional delivery and stakeholder engagement. Strong Java/J2EE and AEM expertise are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
- 8+ years in software development with at least 5 years in AEM.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture and OSGi.
- Proficiency in Java and web technologies.
- Experience with integration patterns and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of AEM solutions aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AEM apps.
- Develop and maintain technical design docs and integration specs.
- Drive innovation and quality through code reviews and performance tuning.
- Mentor junior developers and lead design sessions.
