Job summary

You will mentor developers, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive best practices in design, deployment, and performance while staying current with AEM updates and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field required.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in AEM.
• Deep knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows and OSGi.
• Experience with agentic coding and AI-assisted tooling in AEM is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable apps.
• Develop and maintain technical design docs, data models, and integration specs.
• Mentor and coach developers, reviewing code and guiding best practices.
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance across implementations.
