Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect to define and drive the Adobe Experience Cloud architecture, focusing on AEM and AEP. You will ensure an integrated ecosystem for content, data, analytics, personalization, and journey orchestration across channels.

You will lead with strong IT architecture, vendor management, and AI-driven capabilities, partnering across global teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharma, biotechnology, or healthcare IT
• A minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in Adobe CX Platform, AEM, AEP, Analytics and AI
• Strong leadership and IT architecture skills

Responsibilities

• Leverages business knowledge to influence decisions and shape future strategies.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and business leaders for sustainable solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for the Adobe CX Platform (AEM/AEP).
• Define and govern end-to-end Adobe architecture and data flows.
• Manage IT vendors and ensure mature products/services.
• Apply risk management practices to ensure robust solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and communicate strong rationales to gain support for initiatives.
