Job summary

The Principal Enterprise Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud & AI will define and drive the enterprise architecture for Novo Nordisk’s Adobe ecosystem, with primary responsibility for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring AEM, AEP, and Adobe Experience Cloud operate as a unified ecosystem connecting content, customer data, analytics, personalization, decisioning, journey orchestration, and activation across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or solid relevant experience in CS/IS/BA.
• Minimum 5 years’ pharma/biotech/healthcare IT experience.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience with AEM, AEP, and Adobe CX tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end Adobe architecture, including data flows and activations.
• Lead vendor management and risk assessment for IT solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence architectural decisions.
