EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive insights for marketing strategies. You will work across UI platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes data analytics, Adobe CJA configuration, and delivering actionable insights while guiding junior staff. A hybrid client-facing environment is expected with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
