Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to derive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

You will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff, delivering dashboards and reports while upholding best practices in data analytics and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients; engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights on customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure the final product meets needs.
• Design user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specs supporting business objectives.
