Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Adobe CJA Developer Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and improve marketing performance.

You’ll lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, interact with clients, mentors teammates, and ensure data integrity and actionable insights through dashboards and reports. This role involves travel and a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
