Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and optimize marketing performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and lead data collection, visualization, and reporting efforts across multiple platforms, including mobile, web, and tablets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience in analytics or consulting.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients.

Responsibilities
