Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to extract insights and improve marketing performance across channels.

You will lead analytics projects, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant experience in analytics or consulting.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
