Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Adobe CJA Developer Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and improve marketing strategies for client engagements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels.
• Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically with Adobe products.
• Experience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong emotional agility and the ability to collaborate in hybrid environments.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities
