Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to deliver customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include building analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff. A strong background in data analytics, SQL/Python/R, and familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.
