Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Adobe CJA Developer Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to deliver customer insights and optimize marketing performance.

You will lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, craft data collection strategies, and create dashboards. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring, and client-facing engagements in a hybrid, travel-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
