Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and improve marketing performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, implement data collection, and create dashboards for stakeholders. This role involves mentoring juniors and occasionally traveling to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R and data visualization tools.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.
