Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to deliver customer insights that enhance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate combines data analytics experience with strong visualization skills and a readiness to collaborate across cross-functional teams. A hybrid work model with travel flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Willingness to travel; valid passport and US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe CJA solutions to meet client objectives.
• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on data analytics best practices.
