Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and improve marketing performance using Adobe CJA and Workfront Fusion.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and help deliver actionable insights for clients while navigating complex data ecosystems in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to reveal customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
