Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive client insights and stronger marketing performance.

This role requires strong data analytics background, proficiency with SQL/Python/R and data visualization tools, collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–3 years in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Strong data visualization knowledge.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid passport/US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe CJA solutions to meet client objectives.
• Design analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide customer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
