Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
