Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, delivering insights to optimize marketing performance.

You will lead UI development across platforms, interact with clients, mentor teammates, and ensure data integrity. Travel to client sites may be required; a strong background in data analytics and Adobe CJA configuration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
