Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and marketing performance.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable dashboards. You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and ensure data integrity across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
