Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive insights and elevate marketing performance.

Lead analytics projects, collaborate with clients and teams, and deliver dashboards and UI components that meet objectives. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.

• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
