Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced ADMS Technical Lead for the Tampa area. The role guides end-to-end ADMS/OMS delivery, spanning SCADA, OMS, SOM, and network modeling, with hands-on problem solving and escalation management.

The candidate will lead technical activities, coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, and ensure alignment with client requirements and vendor solutions. Strong communication and 25% travel are required.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of technical leadership with ADMS/OMS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova e-Terra ADMS.
• Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing, and deployments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical solution for ADMS implementation projects across all workstreams.
• Act as the primary escalation point for workstream leads and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure technical and engineering integrity of the ADMS system and readiness for cutover.
• Provide technical advisory support across multiple projects and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and align on goals.
• Co-lead ADMS and OT projects with the Project Manager from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate technical activities through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain hands-on problem-solving to ensure all requirements are met.
