Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an ADMS Technical Lead to guide the technical solution and end‑to‑end implementation.

You will own delivery across ADMS and OMS workstreams, including SCADA, Network Modeling, Testing, and Integrations, coordinating with vendors and client teams for a successful rollout. The role requires 10–15 years of leadership with ADMS/OMS, hands-on GE Vernova e‑Terra ADMS experience, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of technical leadership experience with ADMS or OMS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova e-Terra ADMS.
• Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical solution for ADMS implementation projects across all workstreams.
• Act as the primary escalation point for workstream leads, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure the technical and engineering integrity of the ADMS system and readiness for cutover.
• Provide technical expertise and advisory support across multiple projects and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Partner with the Project Manager to co-lead ADMS and OT projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate technical activities across all project phases, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving and enforce standards.
• Ensure delivered solution complies with contractual requirements.
