Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an ADMS Lead to guide and implement ADMS/OMS workstreams (SCADA, OMS, DMS, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing). You will collaborate with client teams to ensure the solution meets requirements and aligns with vendor platforms.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support; maintaining system integrity; enforcing standards; and communicating updates to stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of ADMS/OMS experience and knowledge of ADMS workstreams.
• Hands-on with major ADMS vendors (GE, Aspen Tech/OSII, ABB, Schneider, Oracle).
• Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing and deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ADMS/OMS issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or related field; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADMS implementation across multiple workstreams (SCADA, OMS, DMS, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing).
• Ensure ADMS system integrity and readiness for cutover.
• Provide advisory support across projects and proposals with innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align updates and deliverables.
• Lead technical activities through design, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Maintain hands-on problem solving to meet requirements.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and QA processes.
• Engage throughout the project lifecycle for continuity.
• Ensure delivered solution complies with contract scope.
