Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC is seeking an experienced ADMS Technical Lead to guide the overall technical solution and end-to-end delivery across ADMS and OMS workstreams, including SCADA, network modeling, integrations, and testing.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to troubleshoot escalated issues, and collaboration with client architecture teams to ensure the solution meets requirements and is ready for deployment.

Qualifications

• Min 10-15 years of Technical Leadership experience with ADMS or OMS implementations, including overall in-depth knowledge of all workstreams such as SCADA, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing, etc.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova e-Terra ADMS
• Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues regarding the ADMS and OMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent team-building and motivational abilities.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical solution for ADMS projects across SCADA, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Testing, and Integrations.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for workstream leads, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure ADMS technical and engineering integrity and readiness for operation.
• Provide technical guidance across projects and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share updates and align on goals.
• Co-lead ADMS and OT projects with PM to meet scope, schedule, budget.
• Lead technical activities across design, development, testing, deployment.
• Hands-on problem-solving to meet functional/performance requirements.
• Develop/enforce standards and QA processes.
• Engage through lifecycle for continuity.
• Ensure solution compliance with contract scope.
