Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an ADMS Lead to guide and implement ADMS/OMS solutions across multiple workstreams, including SCADA, OMS, DMS, and network modeling. You will ensure system integrity, support validation, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

The role requires 10–15 years in ADMS/OMS, hands-on experience with major ADMS vendors, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A BS in CS or EE is expected, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• 10–15 years of experience with ADMS or OMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• ADMS implementation projects across one or more ADMS workstreams (SCADA, OMS, DMS, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing).
• Ensure ADMS system integrity and readiness for go-live.
• Provide advisory support across multiple projects and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and align on goals.
• Lead and coordinate technical activities through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Maintain hands-on problem-solving to meet requirements.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and QA processes.
• Stay engaged through planning, design, implementation and post-go-live support.
• Ensure delivered solution complies with contractual scope.
