Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced ADMS Lead to guide the technical solution and implementation across ADMS/OMS workstreams. You will collaborate with internal teams and client System Development to ensure the solution meets requirements and vendor alignment.

The role requires 10–15 years in ADMS/OMS, hands-on vendor experience, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience with ADMS or OMS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with major ADMS vendors (GE, Aspen Tech/OSII, ABB, Schneider Electric, Oracle).
• Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with ADMS/OMS systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADMS implementation projects across multiple workstreams (SCADA, OMS, DMS, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing).
• Ensure system integrity and readiness for operation at cutover.
• Provide advisory support across projects and proposals with innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
• Lead technical activities through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain hands-on problem-solving to meet functional and performance requirements.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and QA processes.
• Ensure continuity from planning through post-go-live support.
• Verify delivered solutions comply with contractual scope.
