Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience directly on OMS systems.
• Knowledge of major ADMS/OMS vendor products.
• Experience supporting critical operational systems.
• Understanding of OMS processes and integrations.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead OMS workstream on ADMS Implementation projects.
• Manage OMS configurations and related modules.
• Conduct workshops with customers and vendors.
• Build requirements and project planning.
