Waubonsee Community College, Sugar Grove Campus, is hiring a Senior Admissions Specialist to oversee onboarding, training, and recruitment activities. This full-time, on-site role supports prospective students and uses the CRM to manage engagements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in recruitment/advising, and strong communication skills. Travel and evening/weekend coverage may be needed. Join a college focused on student success and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in recruitment/advising at post-secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with case management.
• Familiarity with CRM and data entry.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with onboarding and training of new admissions specialists.
• Support recruitment and onboarding services and technologies.
• Serve as subject matter expert for admissions functions and Salesforce CRM.
• Provide outreach to prospective students via email and phone.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings and community recruitment events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
