Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Explain school philosophy and features; advocate for prospective students.
• Meet minimum activity standards per policy.
• Develop action plans to meet performance standards.
• Assist students through admissions in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct interviews via phone and in person; use text/email to identify prospects.
• Develop rapport and maintain contact throughout enrollment cycle.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to deliver high service levels.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Operate in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
