Job summary

Ancora Education in Corpus Christi is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to engage prospective students, explain the school’s philosophy and programs, and guide applicants through the admissions process with adherence to policy and regulations.

You will build rapport, coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Computer skills required. Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred.
• Possesses excellent verbal communication, particularly telephonic, and good written communication skills.
• Persistence with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Mature, positive and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support their decision to attend school.
• Communicate school philosophy and features; advocate for prospective students.
• Meet monthly activity standards per Admissions Benchmark Policy.
• Develop action plans to meet performance standards.
• Assist prospective students through admissions per regulations and policies.
• Use interviews, text messaging, and email to identify prospects and their educational needs.
