Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Computer skills required; experience with Google products preferred.
• Excellent verbal and good written communication.
• Persistence with a positive attitude and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support the decision to attend school.
• Communicate philosophy and features of the school and advocate for prospective students.
• Meet activity standards as defined in policy and evaluation.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text and email to identify student prospects.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact throughout enrollment cycle.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high-quality student service.
• Provide service to Veterans, Agencies and external events with organizations and students.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Work remotely in states Ancora is licensed/approved to do business.
