Responsibilities

  • Produces correspondence, reports, and other documentation in final form; files documents and maintains records.
  • Provides back-up telephone support.
  • Processes invoices and billings; maintains records.
  • Maintains attendance records, library and manuals.
  • Records meeting minutes and makes travel arrangements.
  • Maintains supply inventory and orders supplies.
  • Researches topics as needed.
  • Performs other duties and supports quality programs.
