Job summary

Morgan-Business-Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager in Arlington, VA to support D PAE Maritime/SEA 21, the Navy program office for Surface Ship modernization and sustainment. You will coordinate services, plan meetings and events, prepare briefing materials, manage data calls, and support travel—domestically and internationally.

Candidates should have 10+ years Navy admin experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint, and the ability to obtain a DOD SECRET

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience providing administrative management support to Navy program offices.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support services to operate efficiently (payroll, information processing, communications, security).
• Plan internal and external engagements including meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist in briefing material development and Navy correspondence.
• Coordinate data calls and communicate information to government leadership.
