• Draft/format engagement letters, contracts, and proposals
• Monitor tax due date reporting and deadlines
• Create/format PowerPoint presentations using branded templates
• Support NASBA CPE paperwork for team learning
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage workload
• Assist onboarding of GEMS team members and ongoing training
• Support special projects as assigned
