• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year relevant experience required; 8–10 years preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; high accuracy and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level executive support to assigned senior firm leaders, developing an understanding of priorities and commitments.
• Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive logistics; assess priorities and allocate time.
• Talk through priorities with leaders, translate needs into actionable plans, and set deadlines.
• Develop and refine executive communications and materials from initial direction through final product.
• Lead meeting agendas for key leadership meetings and ensure leaders are prepared.
• Coordinate with PMT and stakeholders to maintain alignment and track progress; produce timely reports and documentation.
