Job summary

The Hollister Group is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This permanent role focuses on high-level coordination and strategic support across the Executive Office.

You will manage calendars, prepare board materials, arrange travel, and help drive operational projects while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting leadership and/or executive teams
  • Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or a corporate executive setting strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Reliable transportation required (must have a car for multi-site travel)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior leadership and the Executive Office
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling while managing changing priorities
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, and other meeting materials
  • Assist with executive meetings, events, travel, and other logistics
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and key projects to help keep initiatives on schedule
  • Handle sensitive information and incoming requests with discretion and sound judgment
  • Support special projects and process improvements as needed
  • Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required

Our client is looking to add a Senior Administrative Assistant to their team on a permanent basis. Take a look at the details below!

Compensation: $65,000-80,000 annually*

*Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
