Tulane University, School of Medicine, Deming Department of Medicine, Section of Nephrology, is seeking an organized administrator to manage and coordinate fellowship programs. This role serves as the primary contact for applicants and program directors, providing essential secretarial support to leadership and fellows.

In the School of Medicine, Deming Department of Medicine, Section of Nephrology Manages and coordinates the Fellowship Programs and is the primary contact for applicants of the fellowship programs and the Program Directors. Responsible for the coordination of activities of the Fellows. This position is the primary contact to the public and University for the Fellowship Program and Program Director. Provides comprehensive secretarial support to the section chief, faculty members and administrator of Section of Nephrology.

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
Minimum Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years' directly related experience
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor' s Degree
Three (3) or more years' directly related experience working in a business or academic setting
Experience with medical graduate education
