Job summary

Wipfli is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to own the day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis office. This role leads administrative processes, manages office resources, and coordinates facility activities, serving as the primary contact for associates, guests, clients, and vendors.

The position is 100% in-person in our Minneapolis, MN office, offering a professional home and opportunities to impact business operations across functions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience; experience at a professional services firm preferred.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel; ability to learn new software.
  • Demonstrate initiative and customer-service orientation; detail-oriented and autonomous.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment
  • Serve as front office point of contact: greet clients, respond to office-related questions and requests, accept deliveries, and manage mail
  • Manage equipment, vendor relationships, and office supply inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate internal meetings, associate events, and local engagement activities
  • Help with onboarding activities and office orientation for new associates
  • Assist with associate function budgets, purchasing, expense tracking, and supplier invoice processing
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency

The estimated base pay range for this role is $21.00-28.00 / hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
