Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | Monday–Friday

Delta Dallas is partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping a team organized, prepared, and moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting senior leadership, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise. You will provide high-level administrative support to senior Marketing leadership and a broader regional team, with additional support for another department.

The right person is proactive, approachable, resourceful, and detail-oriented. You know how to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and keep things moving without waiting to be told what to do next. You are also a true team player who enjoys administrative work and is looking for a long-term opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and a multi-person team.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, agendas, and weekly staff itineraries.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, rental cars, and hotels, and prepare expense reports.
  • Create, edit, format, and proofread executive correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and departmental reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint extensively to prepare polished, professional materials.
  • Assist with corporate meetings, trainings, conferences, and special events, coordinating logistics, materials, communications, and onsite setup.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives and prepare, print, bind, and distribute marketing plans and related materials.
  • Track departmental information, maintain accurate records, and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with fellow administrative professionals and contribute to special projects and broader team initiatives.
  • Anticipate needs, manage competing requests, and communicate priorities and deadlines effectively.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
  • A consistent work history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles. The client is looking for someone who has built lasting professional relationships and wants to invest in a long-term opportunity with one organization.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders; executive-level support experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience coordinating calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proofreading abilities, and professional communication.
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions, clarify expectations, and anticipate what needs to happen next.
  • The ability to prioritize competing requests, adapt quickly, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in administrative support, rather than viewing the role as a stepping stone into another function.
The Ideal Fit

You are a seasoned administrative professional who knows this is the career you want to pursue. You take pride in supporting leadership, creating structure, anticipating needs, and being a dependable partner to the people you support. Your work history reflects commitment and stability, and you are looking for an organization where you can build relationships, become a trusted resource, and grow with the team over time.

You enjoy a busy day, stay organized when priorities shift, and know how to balance approachability with productivity. You communicate proactively, take ownership of your responsibilities, and find satisfaction in helping others succeed. Above all, you are looking for the right long-term fit, where you can contribute your experience and become an integral part of the organization for years to come.

  • Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually (DOE)
  • Work arrangement: Onsite, Monday–Friday.
  • Schedule: This is an exempt position requiring flexibility for occasional early mornings, extended days, and evening events or meetings.
