About the Job
As a member of the Office of the Head of Specialty Care, the Senior Administrative Assistant will partner with the Executive Assistant to the Head of Specialty Care to provide outstanding administrative support to senior executives.

Main Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding administrative support:
Heavy Calendar management – proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings
Travel arrangements – coordinate domestic and international travel needs
Expense reports – process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
Event coordination – arrange and support both internal as well as off-site meetings and events including venue, A/V, catering, etc.
Tracking invoices and purchase orders

Proactive focused time management; highly organized
Operates with a mindset that ‘the buck stops here’
Ability to organize and execute multiple priorities with a sense of urgency; high level of energy
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Must be extremely digitally savvy

Can intuit subtle office dynamics, and routinely exercises excellent judgement of situations that arise
Can interact comfortably with all individuals and is able to build their own network
Able to see the holistic and wide spectrum view of corporate business objectives
Demonstrates personal accountability:
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and is able to work independently and with utmost discretion
Embodies moral courage
Conducts themselves with integrity and is engaged in their work
Promotes and ensures full adherence to the Code of Ethics and US Supplement as well as applicable federal and state law according to FDA guidelines
Remains available to provide backup support to other Senior Administrative Assistants during vacations, etc.
About You
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED and 8+ year's administrative experience.
Proficiency in using technology including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and others).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience supporting senior-level business leaders in a pharma or biotech environment.
Demonstrated with Global team travel, calendar management and expense management.
Demonstrated experience in senior leader meeting and off-site coordination and planning, including planning meetings in global and US locations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.
Flexibility with time, working across multiple time zones.

The salary range for this position is:
$30.26 - $40.35All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
