Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an experienced ADAS Systems Engineer to define, develop, and validate vehicle-level ADAS targets across current and future programs. You will work with cross-functional teams, simulation, and suppliers to translate requirements into measurable targets.

The role involves benchmarking against competitors, supporting validation plans, managing requirements, and contributing to roadmaps. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for development trips.

Responsibilities

• Define core performance targets and objectives for ADAS features based on benchmarking and customer expectations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and vehicle assessments of ADAS systems across key automotive competitors.
• Develop and validate vehicle-level ADAS performance across production and future vehicle applications.
• Translate vehicle targets into measurable technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Support virtual and physical ADAS validation plans and test engineering activities.
• Identify and address cross-functional technical issues affecting ADAS performance.
• Prepare vehicles and data for leadership ride-and-drive events and demonstrations.
