Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Performance Specialist to guarantee ADAS system performance and set core targets within their scope. You will conduct competitive benchmarking, vehicle assessments, and manage technical requirements for ADAS features on production and future vehicles.

Join a collaborative team across the product development cycle, work with cross-functional groups, and contribute to validation plans, data collection, and calibration activities to advance advanced driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent university.
• 5 years of related engineering experience.
• 3 years of experience within the area of ADAS product development.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Pages.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set core objective performance targets for ADAS features based on benchmarks and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with ADAS Functional Science to enhance simulation capability.
• Create and support validation plans for test engineers.
• Provide impact assessments for product/feature changes.
• Prepare materials and vehicles for leadership ride and drive events.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues affecting ADAS performance.
