Qualifications

• ABET-accredited or equivalent university degree in engineering.
• 5 years of related engineering experience, ADAS preferred.
• 3 years in ADAS product development.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Set core objective performance targets for all ADAS features based on benchmarks and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with ADAS Functional Science simulation team to increase requirement simulation capability.
• Create and support core validation plan for test engineering team.
• Provide impact assessment for product/feature changes.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues affecting ADAS performance.
• Develop and validate ADAS systems performances on vehicles.
• Support road map development and benchmark creation.
