Audiochuck is seeking a Director of Ad Operations in New York to own end-to-end ad delivery across our portfolio of shows, including Crime Junkie. You will be the senior operations and commercial counterpart to our sales partner, balancing revenue growth with editorial standards and audience trust.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own systems, analytics, and cross-functional workflows, and you will drive forecasting, revenue models, and campaign optimization to maximize impact and transparency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advertising operations or revenue operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end ad workflows and building processes.
• Strong analytical skills with revenue models and forecasts.
• Experience working with external sales teams or partners.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end advertising workflow from opportunity through production and delivery.
• Review opportunities to ensure deliverability without compromising quality or editorial integrity.
• Develop visibility into campaign placement, flighting, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and escalate issues with sales partners and internal teams.
• Lead RevOps scorecard, forecasts, and reporting for leadership and board.
• Collaborate with Content, Production, Marketing to protect editorial standards.
