Job summary

RVO Health in New York seeks a Director of Strategic Operations to act as a strategic and operating partner to the EVP and Chief Business Officer of the Media business.

You will translate priorities across commercial, editorial, product, audience, marketing and strategy, and lead the Product Operations & Enablement team to drive top initiatives and accountability.

The role requires strong program leadership and the ability to shape initiatives as AI, search and advertiser needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, marketing or related fields.
• Experience working with senior leaders and VP-level stakeholders.
• Track record managing complex initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in media or digital health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into action across commercial, editorial, product, audience, marketing, strategy and operations.
• Lead the Product Operations & Enablement team to support top priorities.
• Own and drive key initiatives and drive accountability across the leadership team.
• Improve business performance through collaboration with Strategy, Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Build clear recommendations and executive presentations for leadership and Board materials.
