KYROS seeks a highly motivated actuary to manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships. The role connects technical analysis with client decisions, owning projects end-to-end and turning complex modeling into clear client stories.

You will guide analyses rooted in machine learning and translate results into actionable business insights for diverse loyalty programs. You’ll work with analysts and data scientists to shape engagements, balance multiple workstreams, and defend findings in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional actuarial experience, with direct client-facing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, actuarial science, statistics, economics or related field.
• Exam progress: focus on P&C; at least Exam 5 or equivalent.
• Proven ability to own client relationships end-to-end and manage scope.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI-generated visuals and decks.
• Experience with project management tools and data visualization (Power BI).
• Ability to translate technical modeling to business impact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client set; manage multiple workstreams.
• Guide actuarial analyses rooted in machine learning; estimate loyalty liability and CLV.
• Translate modeling outputs into clear client narratives and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to scope and execute analyses.
• Drive defined projects end-to-end with minimal day-to-day guidance.
