Job summary

KYROS is a fully remote actuarial consulting firm focused on loyalty programs. We’re a small team of actuaries and technologists delivering advanced analytics to airlines, hotels, retailers, and banks.

As a finance and analytics professional, you’ll own client relationships, scope quantitative analyses, and translate results into actionable recommendations that drive loyalty program economics. We value entrepreneurial minds and ambiguity-tolerant problem solvers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or related finance/strategy role.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, finance, or quantitative field.
• Direct experience with loyalty, rewards, or points programs.
• Analytical rigor with large transactional data; ability to structure and interpret data.
• Experience owning client relationships end-to-end and delivering results on tight timelines.
• Ability to connect technical/financial analysis to client business goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a set of clients and coordinate with analysts and data scientists.
• Translate client problems into structured quantitative analyses and manage project plans.
• Dig into model outputs to validate findings and understand drivers behind results.
• Synthesize results into clear client narratives with slides and recommendations.
• Present to clients, answer questions, and adapt the narrative to key priorities.
• Tackle ad hoc work and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Maintain steady team cadence through remote standups and structured workflow.
