Job summary

KYROS, a fully remote actuarial consulting firm focused on loyalty programs, seeks an analytics and consulting professional to manage client relationships and drive end-to-end engagements. You will translate complex modeling into clear business recommendations and lead projects with analysts and data scientists.

You’ll work across industries within loyalty programs, using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to tell a compelling story and deliver impact for clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or client-facing analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; strong analytical background welcomed.
• Experience leading client engagements, managing scope, and delivering results.
• Able to work with large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Proven ability to own client relationships end-to-end and manage timelines.
• Ability to connect technical/financial analysis to client business goals.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a set of clients and manage relationships end-to-end.
• Guide analyses with analysts and data scientists to generate client insights.
• Translate modeling outputs into clear, compelling client narratives.
• Lead multi-week projects with end-to-end ownership and delivery.
• Present to clients and adapt the story to stakeholder needs in real time.
• Contribute to internal tools and improve client deliverables.
• Maintain steady cadence of team standups for a fully remote team.
